To add a little to what @CubeAce (Ray) says: footage for which any stabilization is required needs first to be analysed by the plugin. Without this analysis you will see no change (i.e. the footage will still be "wobbly") but you will have that watermark over your footage. Just press the "Run analysis" button and wait for the process to be completed.
I see no relationship between length of clip and the ability of either of the plugins to perform on my system but I have always in the past used the ProDAD Mercalli 2.0 within the program to stabilize footage as it gives more control. As both also use my nvidia card it could be a lack of such a suitable card is causing a problem but why one should work while another is having problems is beyond my understanding. I don't think you have a lack of ram or any other obvious bottleneck except for not having an appropriate nvdia card card listed so it could be that but I'm really not sure. As the ProDAD Mercalli 2.0 is not Magix made they possibly do not know the answer either.
Are you saying that after pressing the 'run analysis' button in the effect box that is coming out in the final export as that? Without pressing that button first, the plugin has not applied any stabilization.

Note: For using earlier Adorage Volumes in Avid Studio you either need the Adorage Updater from the proDAD online shop or you can buy Adorage Volume 11 or 12 directly in the Avid online shop. In either case, the plugin for Adorage 12 will be integrated (as transition and as effect) in Avid Studio, which will also allow the application of earlier versions. Those customers who have bought Adorage Volume 1-12 from proDAD, need the Adorage Updater in order to use Adorage as transition an as effect in Avid Studio.
If you want to delete an effect in the Plug-ins manager, select it in the Plug-ins for the current object area and click the option Delete plug-ins to clear the effect or the plugin in the list.
